Adults aged 18 to 75 years with a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) may qualify, especially if they’ve had at least 3 depressive episodes in their lifetime.
You must currently be in remission from depression, for no more than 6 weeks, as determined by your doctor at the screening visit.
Yes, you must be on a stable, standard-of-care depression treatment at the time of your first visit, and continue with that same treatment throughout the trial.
Your depression severity scores must fall within the study’s remission criteria, meaning a MADRS score of 14 or lower and a CGI-S score of 3 or less.
Yes, your body mass index (BMI) must be 22 or higher to participate.
You’ll be asked to attend regular study visits, complete assessments, and maintain your current depression treatment while the study medication is evaluated.
