You must be between 18 and 65 years old to qualify for this study.
This study is for people who have Graves’ disease, a condition where the immune system causes the thyroid to become overactive. The study will test a new medication to assess its safety and its mechanism of action.
You may still qualify if you are being treated with certain medications for Graves’ disease. The study team will ask about your current and past treatments to determine if you’re eligible.
Yes. If you can become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you’ll need to follow specific birth control guidelines during the study. The study team will explain what applies to you.
Having recent thyroid panel results (TSH, T3, T4) are required for eligibility screening. If you do not have them, our team can discuss next steps when you apply.
